FIVE Holdings, is a Dubai-based real estate investment business founded in 2011 by Kabir Mulchandani. Their new brand name was inspired by a company philosophy based on the five elements of earth, air, fire, water, and awareness. Their project portfolio includes the Viceroy Palm Jumeirah Dubai, Villa Heights, and Jumeirah Village Circle. Five Holdings is now working on its second UAE-based hotel project, Viceroy Jumeirah Village Dubai.
