Al Barari is a private haven that aims to provide a singular Dubai living experience. The project's defining characteristics are exclusivity, space, and tranquility. The lakes and verdant botanical gardens, featuring a sparsely populated area of well-designed villas shaped like leaves, are the main draws. Just 40% of the development's more than one million square meters are built, with the remaining 60% being landscaped.

The 260 villas spread across 6 beautifully landscaped gardens feature a variety of architectural styles, such as” Mediterranean, Balinese, Renaissance, Woodland, Water, and Contemporary”, in addition to The Nest villas and the soon-to-be Chorisia project. The water features include several streams and a sizable lake. Additionally, 500 plant species from 20 countries on 6 continents can be found in the area. The development's private nursery is used to maintain the plants. The project plan to include a grand mosque, a cultural island with theatres and libraries, and a boutique hotel. Rivers meandering through ponds, lakes, and waterfalls span 5.4 km. Additionally, there are currently apartments in the vicinity.
