Arabian Ranches

About Arabian Ranches

One of the first gated residential communities in Dubai, Arabian Ranches is situated on 1,650 acres, which is approximately twice the size of Central Park in New York City. Emaar, a prominent developer, created the community. This family-friendly neighborhood offers a secluded and tranquil lifestyle along with top-notch amenities like upscale restaurants and retail establishments, verdant parks, and the well-liked Arabian Ranches Golf Club. Luxurious villas and serene desert surroundings away from the bustle of the city are hallmarks of Arabian Ranches. Not only does the expansive gated community provide excellent services and amenities, excellent retail centers, and proximity to important landmarks, but there are many more benefits. The “Dubai Polo and Equestrian Club and the Arabian Ranches Golf Club” are located directly outside the residences of the community.

Families love the Arabian Ranches community, especially those with small children. The community is perfect because schools and other facilities are situated inside its borders. Having a desert motif, the community consists of 4,000 villas and growing. In addition to a vibrant and engaged community, there are many recreational facilities available. Events include market days, charity drives, neighborhood barbecues, and tennis competitions. A lot of polo and golf enthusiasts also frequent this community. Arabian Ranches' villas are a desert dream owing to their expansive rooms, open floor plans, and gorgeous outdoor areas that frequently include a backyard or pool. Since everything is right at one’s door, there is very little need to leave the community other than to go to work or run errands in the city. The entire community is pet-friendly. This area features a blend of Portuguese, Spanish, and Arabesque designs. The most well-liked architectural designs are Hattan, La Avenida, and Polo.
