About Arjan

The community of Arjan, located on the outskirts of Dubai, is bounded to the north by Al Barsha South and to the south by Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road. To the south is Dubai Motor City, which is the location of the Dubai Autodrome. The development of Arjan began in 2006 and is expected to have 48 completed buildings by September 2020, with an additional 37 under construction and a fully developed road network. The community offers a mix of residential complexes, commercial buildings, and retail developments. Notable among its neighbors are two of the most popular parks in Dubai, the Dubai Miracle Garden and Dubai Butterfly Garden.

The majority of the apartment buildings in the Arjan community are classified as low- to mid-rise. This community has a quiet, serene appearance and feel overall considering it is still relatively new and being developed. There is very little traffic or loud noise on the roads, and the population density is very low. Families find this to be the perfect place to live because it's near important parts of Dubai, where rents are higher than in Arjan apartments. Al Sufouh Beach is the nearest beach; it takes 18 minutes to get there via Umm Suqeim Road. Since Al Sufouh Beach is regarded as "Dubai's secret gem," it is a very popular beach. Individuals can take in the expansive view of Palm Jumeirah and Burj Al Arab from this beach. Apart from that, the shallow waters of this beach make it a safe place for children to swim.
