Dubai Islands

About Dubai Islands

Dubai's mixed-use waterfront development is called Dubai Islands. It is a collection of five islands covering 17 square km.” Marina Island, Central Island, Shore Island, Golf Island, and Elite Island” are the names of the five islands. In August 2022, the project that was earlier known as Deira Islands was renamed as Dubai Islands. It complies with the Urban Master Plan for Dubai 2040. Through an emphasis on sustainable development, this plan offers a thorough road map for the city's future developments over the next 19 years.

Among the several artificial islands in Dubai is the multi billionaire Dubai Island. When finished, this location will feature luxurious and eco-friendly hotels, wellness centers, and the well-known Souk Al Marfa for shopping. The goal of the developers is to extend the length of public parks and beaches. The region is directly reachable by road and sea from the mainland. A well-integrated network of Marina promenades and pathways for walking, bicycling and road transit will be available to visitors.

Nakheel's opulent project, the Rixos Dubai Islands Hotel & Residences, will be located on the famous Dubai Islands. It is anticipated to be finished by Q4 2026 and is one of the most anticipated real estate launches in Dubai. The hotel has a remarkable selection of properties. The Rixos Hotel and Residences master plan also includes a treatment room, a screening room, communal gardens, an infinity pool, and a well-equipped gymnasium. A game room, a lobby cafe, a resident's lounge, and a kids' play area are among the other hotel amenities offered. Six Marina berths with space for 614 boats and yachts up to 60 meters in length IS available on the island. Thirteen superyachts can be accommodated at a time at Nakheel Marinas Dubai Islands.
