Elara is a Madinat Jumeirah Living home development that combines style and cosiness. Meraas, the person behind Central Park at City Walk, Design Quarter at d3, Bluewaters Bay, and Bulgari Lighthouse Dubai, is the project creator. It is intended for the project to be finished in Q4 2026.

Three buildings make up Elara: Buildings A, B, and C. The design blends modern and classic aesthetics. Elara's design will be more modern than it was in the earlier stages. There are 234 dwellings in all. There are flats with one to three bedrooms and penthouses with four bedrooms available. Their living spaces vary in size from 716 to 4,565 square feet.

Every flat has a large living/dining area, a kitchen outfitted with contemporary equipment, walk-in or built-in closets in the bedrooms, a lobby and a laundry room. Three to four bedroom homes include an open kitchen/living room space with an island in the centre, as well as a maid's room. Penthouses have three enormous balconies, whereas apartments have at least one. Elara's residents will have breathtaking views of the Arabian Gulf and the Burj Al Arab from their balconies.
