The first master community created by Ellington Properties, a renowned boutique developer, is called The Sanctuary. Mohammed Bin Rashid City's District 11 is where it will be situated. Q2 2026 is when the project is expected to be finished.

The Sanctuary's first cluster, The Waterside, will debut in Q1 2023 and feature a select number of magnificent villas with four to six bedrooms. Each unit will have a plot area ranging from 8,288 square feet to 14,383 square feet.

The Retreat Villas, The Hideaway Villas, The Escape Villas, and The Oasis Villas are the four different design styles from which to choose. Each has unique features and designs. The Sanctuary's residences are all constructed using regional resources in accordance with Dubai's wellness initiative and green building regulations.
