Tropical Mist, Sapphire, Provence, Mediterranean, Indigo Ocean, Blue Horizon, Azure Blue, and Aquamarine are the eight different styles of villas available. The living spaces begin at 7,000 square feet. The design of the homes uses a light color palette that includes tones of turquoise, emerald, milk white, beige, grey, and graphite. The interiors feature natural elements such precious stones in the fittings, a drawing of a log of wood, sand waves in the flooring, and the appearance of water drops on the walls. Brass, marble, gold, and natural wood are used for finishing.
