Ellington Properties' two-tower residential development, The Hillgate, is located in Dubai Silicon Oasis (DSO). With a minimum size of 418 square feet, it provides studios, apartments with one to three bedrooms, and duplexes with three to four bedrooms. Laundry facilities, powder rooms, and balconies will all be included in the designs.

Numerous recreational, health, and leisure amenities will be located inside the project. These will include a library, a co-working space, an arcade room, a lift lobby, a garden with seats, a sun lounger area, a baja shelf, a club terrace, a club lounge, and a library. Residents will also have access to a fitness centre, yoga studio, and symphony hall.
